Please note that all items are hand made for each order at Pleasantly Planned. Allow 5-7 business days for order processing. Orders ship after processing time. Normal USPS shipping is 3-5 delivery days.

Pleasantly Planned is NOT responsible for packages undeliverable due to incorrect address input by customer. Please verify address and notify Pleasantly Planned of incorrect input.

Pleasantly Planned is NOT responsible for mis-delivered or lost USPS mail and will not replace orders marked delivered by USPS tracking.
